Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a Zoril POS account you agree to these terms. If you're using Zoril on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Zoril POS is a cloud point-of-sale platform. We continuously improve it, which may involve adding, changing or removing features. We give reasonable notice before removing material features used by paying customers.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@zoril.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans, payments and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of your paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zoril POS to break the law, send spam, infringe intellectual property, attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer the service or resell it without our written consent.
6. Your data
You own your business data. You grant us the rights necessary to store, process and display it for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We may schedule maintenance and will give advance notice when possible. Offline-mode features keep you selling during short outages.
8. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time. After closure, data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kampala unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
